J\u00fcrgen Barth is the race director there and looks very carefully when it comes to penalty points in Qualifiying or racing. In the same way J\u00fcrgen Barth looks at the ingredients of his recipes in the racing cookbook. Because safety first, on the track as in the kitchen. But there is always a bit of room for maneuver (the racing driver with the big helmet and the cookbook in his hands is not J\u00fcrgen Barth!).
